Who we are

Mode Ventures Real Estate LLC (“Mode Properties”, “we”) operates this website. Our office is at Al Barsha Business Centre, Al Barsha First, Dubai, UAE. You can reach us at contact@modeproperties.ae.

What we collect

• Information you give us — name, email, phone number and any details you include when you submit an enquiry form, request project details, apply for a role, or message us on WhatsApp or through the AI assistant.
• Information collected automatically — pages visited, referring site, approximate location, device and browser type, collected through analytics cookies.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, provide property and investment advisory, arrange the related services you ask for (mortgage, banking, legal, company setup, visas, holiday homes), process job applications, improve the website, and — where you have agreed — send you market updates.

We process your data on the basis of your consent, and where the law permits processing without consent: to perform a contract to which you are a party, to comply with a legal obligation, or for our legitimate business interests where these do not override your rights.

The law that applies

Mode Ventures Real Estate LLC is established in Dubai, UAE, and this policy is intended to operate under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the PDPL) and its implementing regulations, together with any other data protection rules that apply to us. The UAE Data Office is the supervisory authority.

The AI assistant

This site uses an AI assistant provided by our technology partner Ark Vision to answer questions and route enquiries. Conversations may be stored to provide continuity of service, route you to the right advisor and improve response quality. Please do not share sensitive personal or financial information through the chat.

Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to deliver what you asked for: our specialist partners (mortgage brokers, banks, legal advisers, company-formation agents) where you have asked us to arrange that service, our technology and hosting providers, and authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

Transfers outside the UAE

Some of the services behind this website operate outside the United Arab Emirates. Our website hosting, our email and analytics providers, and the AI assistant and the language models behind it are provided from data centres located outside the UAE. This means your personal data may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries other than the UAE.

Where we make such a transfer we do so on one of the bases the PDPL allows — a transfer to a jurisdiction the UAE Data Office has determined provides an adequate level of protection, a contract or binding undertaking with the recipient that imposes appropriate safeguards, or your explicit consent. If you would like details of the safeguards that apply to a particular transfer, email us and we will provide them.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions and exceptions in the PDPL, you may request access to your personal data and information about how it is processed, request that inaccurate data be corrected, request deletion of your data, ask us to restrict or stop a particular processing activity, object to processing, ask for a copy of the data you gave us in a structured, machine-readable format, and withdraw your consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and we apply appropriate technical and organisational measures. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
